RETURNS
To initiate a return first you need to contact us at support@royalmart99.com
CONDITIONS:
To be eligible for a return-
The product must need to be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it.
Returns received within 30 days of original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges
Returns received within 15 days of original ship date will receive store credit
Returns after 15days cannot be accepted.
EXCHANGES
While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for the new item that you would like instead. You will receive a coupon for free exchange shipping during the returns process.
Address Changes
We are able to change your address within 24 hours after you place your order. If you need to modify the address, please email us at support@royalmart99.com or you can message us in our social media platforms & we’ll get back to you shortly
Note: Please add the order number in the subject and the current and new addresses in the body of email.
